Mr. V (Villacruel) was born in the Philippines and served as a missionary educator in Guam-Micronesia Mission for twelve years. Afterward, he taught and led three schools in different states in the U.S. He has been married to his college sweetheart and has been blessed with four amazing children. Mr. V graduated from Adventist University of the Philippines in 2006 with his bachelor's degree and earned his master’s degree in education from La Sierra University in Riverside California in 2020.
Mr. V is a passionate missionary educator who has dedicated his life to empowering individuals through Adventist education. With a strong belief that learning and exposure to Jesus every day in school will result in developing a way of life with HIM – fulfilling Proverbs 22:6.
Mr. V’s approach to education is rooted in fostering holistic development. He believes in equipping students not only with academic skills but also with life skills, character development, and a sense of self-worth. He promotes inclusive education that values diversity and celebrates the unique strengths and talents of each student.
His greatest satisfaction comes from witnessing the positive transformation in the lives of the students he serves as they become agents of positive change in their communities and in their journey towards a better future here on earth and in the world to come.
